The shooting for the highly anticipated project of Ajith, temporarily titled as ‘Thala 57’, kicked off in Slovenia on August 2. The Siruthai Siva film is touted to be a spy thriller. Now, a few more exciting details about the film have come to light.
According to reports, producer TG Thiyagarajan has revealed that Ajith will be playing an Interpol officer in the movie. Apparently, he will investigate a mysterious crime in Chennai that will take him to Europe, where most of the film will be shot. While Kajal Agarwal plays the female lead , Akshara Haasan has also been confirmed to be a part of ‘Thala 57’, clearing any doubts that remained.
Finally, it is also rumoured that the film will release in April 2017. Overall, the expectations of Thala fans is sky rocketing and these tidbits will help sate their curiosity.
